| 建設を請け負った西岡建設専務・信一は地元住民のための建設説明会の開催に向けて奔走。 住民たちは『野焼き』をした無許可業者に、迷惑とダイオキシンの問題を訴える。 信一は最新設備の焼却場だと説明するが、住民の怒りは収まらない。 ……悪徳ブローカーの暗躍か!? 建設側、村議会議院、地元住民、弁護士、環境運動の元高校教師、 そして悪徳ブローカーが集まり、混乱必至の建設説明会が始まった…。 ピコとは１兆分の１グラムという単位。 大気中に漂うダイオキシンを排出する産業廃棄物の焼却施設の建設を巡って、 さあ、地元は大騒ぎ!! |

plant has brought up. Managing Director Shinichi of Nishioka Construction Company, who has made a contract for building the plant. works tirelessly to hold an explanatory meeting to the village residents. The residents claim that they have been troubled with out-field burning by an illegitimate company, and that they are afraid of dioxin which may be emitted from the burning. Shinichi tries to tell them about the latest equipment of the plant, but the angry residents will not calm down. ...is there a wicked broker working of underground? The constructors, village assembly members, the village residents, a lawyer, a green activist of ex-highschool teacher and the wicked broker gather together, and starts the explanatory meeting, which may turn into chaos. A pico means one trillionth gram. A village is getting into a confusion over the construction of an incineration plant for industrial waste which may Discharge dioxin into the air! |
