| 父に王位譲渡を迫り、兄弟や親類縁者を殺した。 テジョンは自らの王位が危険にさらされている脅威を感じた。 側近たちは、王位をヤンニョン王子に譲るよう助言した。 しかし、ヤンニョン王子は城を抜け出し、仲間と貴族から金を強奪したり、 森での自由な生活を満喫していた。 彼は弟・チュンニョン王子に下々の暮らしを経験させ、 王国の統治を語り合った。 彼と恋人・オリは互いに愛し合いながらも、前途に不安を感じていた…。 北部では、謀反人たちがチョサウィを指導者に終結し、叛乱を企てていた。 テジョン王、ミン王妃は、わがままなヤンニョン王子を即刻城に連れ戻すよう命じた。 ヤンニョン王子は弟と秘密の寺で、死者を慰める儀式を行う。 その時、王子は儀式の間に父が殺した死者を見る。 遂にチョサウィたちが叛旗を翻した。 テジョン王は戦線で謀反人の中に父・テジョの戦旗を発見し失望する。 父から戦いの指揮権を得たヤンニョン王子率いる王の軍と、 チョサウィたち叛乱軍の戦いが始まった!! |

Taejong(son of Taejo, the first king of the Chosun dynasty) killed his brothers and relatives to take the power and forced his father, King Taejo, to surrender to him. Raged Taejo left the palace, but Taejong feels this is dangerous situation for his throne. His courtiers advise the king to abdicate the throne and give the crown to Prince Yangyoung. But Yangyoung used to sneak out of the palace to associate with the lower people and enjoy ample freedom of the rural life in the forest robbing the nobleman of the money in the road with his troop. He lets Chungyoung experience everyday lives of the lower people. Yangyoung and his brother talk seriously about the best way of ruling the kingdom. He also falls in love with Uhri. Deep in love, they feel unbearable obstacles seem to be ahead of them. In the northern district of the country , some usurpers gather around the leader of rebel army, Cho Sa-Eui and they discuss the plan of the revolt. King Taejong and the queen Min order the courtiers to bring wayward Prince Yangyoung to the palace immediately. Yangyoung takes his brother to the private temple and sees the rituals, of comforting the dead. During the rituals, Yangyoung sees the ghosts of the dead men his father killed. At last, Cho Sa-Eui raise the flag of rebellion. The king Taejong in his war camp looks out the flag of his father in the usurpers' camp and is frustrated by it. Yangyoung ask his father to give him the command of the battle and the right to dispose the usurpers. Finally the king gives him what he wanted, The battle between the king's army led by Yangyoung and Cho Sa-Eui reble army begins!! |
